i thought that the year 1s are not that bad
but beale was right
i was wrong
i thought that one has to be forceful to bring message across
but keng sheng was right too
one has to change his approach depending on who the other person it
lessons learnt
1. do not be so hopeful
2. do not expect too much
3. be flexible
