howhowhow
Should i pull out of CO or should i not?
i did promised the teacher-in-charge that i could help out
but it was on the basis of 2 times a week, from 5-7
now it becomes 5 times a week with minimum of 4 hours per session for 3 weeks
and it is likely to increase
i will reach home at 10 plus after each session except the ones on saturday
i might not be able to cope with my studies, which i already have problems with
ya but if i really want to do it i will be able to. but there is hardly any interest left in CO
i mean i like CO really. no doubt. but the passion for it is not really there at the moment
the commitment lvl is too high for the 'me' now. if it was the 'me' in ta1, i would surely take up the challenge and go all. but the 'me' is focuses more on myself, not the others. i tihnk it is becoz i know more about myself, but this makes me more selfish. i am not so 'on' anymore. and i don;t know if it is good or bad.
if i stayed on thru out, with 100% commitment, i would definitely feel good at the end of it, but at the expense of at least 60 hours. if i stayed on with <50% commitment, i might screw up on the actual day causing the whole syf team to get like what? silver? shit. now i am not sure if i could stay on with 100% commitment. i think it is highly unlikely though.
if i pull out of CO i will be quite irresponsible becoz i promised the teacher dammit. i admit that it was a rash decision when i promised him on the phone without even asking about the details. the only info he gave me was 2 times a week, 5-7. gahhh
maybe i should get the teacher's number and ask him if i could only go for 2 days a week. but that is <50% commitment and i will screw up on the actual day.
one should go all out when he wants to achieve something. going less than half of what he is capable of is worse than not going.
the person who told me this was ironically the CO conductor in CHS. gahhhh
